Please use this form to request the basic Biography Package for £ 174 GBP.

It may take a few minutes to complete. It willhelp you to have any details you have about your ancestor to hand. If you don't know, or can't recall, everything, don't worry, just fill in as much as you can.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request.
Within 5 days you should receive a telephone call (or email, if you prefer) to discuss your request and go through the details.
If Family History Journey can help, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your request.
If you decide to proceed, simply pay the 50% deposit.
