Make a complaint
Your satisfaction with Family History Journey services is important. If a mistake has been made, Family History Journey will apologise and take steps to prevent it happening again. If you are at all dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you should normally make your complaint within 30 days of the cause of your complaint arising by providing full details below.
Please be assured that every complaint is read and reviewed in full at a senior level. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your complaint immediately, and you should expect a fuller response within 10 days depending on how long it takes to investigate your concerns. It might be necessary to contact you in the meantime for more information. If you don't receive a reply within this time frame, please either telephone or write using the contact details on customer service page.
This procedure does not in any way interfere with your statutory rights.
