It may take you a few minutes to complete. It will help you to have any details of your four ancestors to hand.

If you don't know or can't recall everything, don't worry, fill in the details as best you can. The form assumes that the first two named ancestors married each other, and the second two married each other. If this is not the case, simply add the names of the spouses in the questions about marriage.

What will happen next?

You should receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request.
Within 5 days you should receive a call to go through your request.
If Family History Journey can help, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your request.
If you decide to proceed, simply pay the 50% deposit.
