Booking Request > Personal History Recording

Please use this form to request a personal history recording - of you own memories and experience, or those of a relation.

  • You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request. Within 5 days, you will receive a call to discuss your requirements in more detail.
  • If Family History Journey can help, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your request with an outline plan, an estimate of the number of hours and equipment required, and estimate of the cost.
  • If the details are acceptable to you, you need to pay the requested deposit (usually 50% of the price). When your deposit has been received, work on your request will begin.
  • The balance of the price will be due when the recording has been made. As soon as the finished DVD or CD is available (as outlined in the plan), it will be sent to you.
