Family History Journey in England

Please don't pay anything until you hear from Family History Journey confirming acceptance of your booking request!

Once your booking request for our services has been accepted, and the price confirmed to you, an email will be sent to you from PayPal. It will contain an invoice for the exact amount you need to pay (usually 50% of the full price) and a link for you to go direct to PayPal to pay this amount.

The 'subject' of the email will contain a unique alpha-numeric code so that you can recognise the PayPal email as genuine. (Be aware, though, that because the email may be crossing national boundaries your email provider may warn you that it could be spam and/or put it in your spam folder).

Paypal accepts credit cards, debit cards, direct debit, giro and bank transfers from very many countries.

• This is one of the most secure methods of payment available, and you can check Paypal's policies and procedures independently.
• No card or bank details are given to, or held by, Family History Journey.
• All currency exchange and transfer costs are met by Family History Journey.

You may pay by one of these other methods, but please keep in mind that Family History Journey reserves the right to charge any transaction or exchange fees that are incurred. Please check with us before considering another payment option to ensure that it is acceptable.
