It may take a couple of minutes to complete. It will help you to have your ancestor's details to hand. If you don't know, or can't recall, everything, don't worry. Fill in the details as best you can. When you have submitted the details:

Within 5 days you should receive a call to confirm the details
If Family History Journey can help, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your request. If you decide to proceed, simply pay the 50% deposit
